Faesson has one good idea, I would caution you to line your crash helmet with tinfoil to protect you from alien mind probes, since you will probably encounter aliens in your parallel universe.
But first, you might want to at least try to determine whether any parallel universes actually exist, since at this point their existence is a completely unproven concept.
For a quantum parallel universe, just roll a six sided die, suddenly versions of you would be in Universes where the die rolled 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 plus countless more where you didn't roll the die.
If you concentrate lots of energy into one point, you can create a wormhole (a portal) that enables you to travel to a parallel universe by going through it.
Since you are part of this universe it does not seem to be possible that you can leave this one or enter another without irrevocably changing both. Changing an entire universe would require infinite energy, so you might as well get used to this one, you are going to be here for a while.
You apparently missed the justification for a parallel Universe. If it exists, it already has a copy of you in it. So you cannot go there, if you are already there.
Get a large cardboard box, a black marker and a crash helmet. Put the crash helmet on and don't take it off, ever. Write on the side of the cardboard box "Time Machine". No, wait... line that out and write "Parallel Universe Transporter". Okay. Get in the box.

Or you might just quit trolling.

Just by means of scientific imagination one can travel to a parallel universe, if there exists another.

prove that wormhole exist, figure out how to go through one that connects to another universe
