I can do most things on a trampoline, but i dont know how to go about a corkscrew backflip,,, ny ideas?? thanks xx :)
Update:thanks for the answers... this section was recommended btw... also capoeira, parts of jiu jitsu can involve flips... trampolining is practising these flips. :)

Try it with some momentum as a gainer(backflip while you move forward). Corkscrews are hard to do standing in place, much easier on a tumbling style trampoline.
good due to the fact that you know the way to do a status backflip already, pass to a padded subject and obtain momentum and simply run up instantly the wall (do not try a backflip but) simply run instantly up. Then while you feel you might have won adequate top pass to your backflip. Just make certain you'll quite simply do your backflip and land it. Don't harm urself and goodluck.

an easy way to do this.. i just did this the other day as your doing the backflip try performing a 360 just think nothing of and do it.
what kind of jiu-jistu are you watching that involves doing back/front flips or jumping in the air like that?
youtube it, this has nothing to do with martial arts and most practitioners do little to no tricking. Good Luck.
