Whenever I try to run a .exe file, the program that runs is Adobe Photoshop CS6
I don't really understand why it happens
But before this happened, whenever I run a .exe file, the "Open With" (or Program Manager according to Windows Task Manager). I was really confused on what to do, but then I had an idea, when I click the "Browse" button, I try to find/browse the file I wanted to open (for ex. I want to run Google Chrome, which was located on my desktop, I click the Browse button, go the directory where the desktop is, and when I've finally located the Desktop, I'll try to locate Google Chrome in the Desktop) and I was successfully able to run the wanted program (Google Chrome)
But I was unable to run some executable files properly, (Was unable to run the rundll32.exe, and some setups that doesn't need Windows Installer) the startup programs couldn't run on the start up (like my antivirus), and I had to run it from explorer.exe
After a few days, the Open With thingy was gone!
But now, Photoshop is the one that's always running!
On startups, multiple Photoshops were running, and I was sick of it! Even when my antivirus, photoshop runs!!! I was unable to run the wanted .exe files and it ran Photoshop instead!! (not that I hate Photoshop though)
I was happy that after a few days I was able to run Google Chrome, but the others still can't run
But I had a trick that, when I try to run like.... For example, I try to click on a PDF file, I was able to run Adobe Reader!!! When I try to click on a text document, I was able to run Notepad! When I clicked on a ZIP or a RAR file, I was able to run WinRAR, etc
But I still want to run other .exe files to
Please help me!!!! I'm really ******* desperate!!!!!
Please!!!!!!!
I have tried a solution called File Associations for EXE files, but it still didn't work!
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance :|

Can you right click the file name and choose OPEN or "Run As" then run as Administrator?
Another idea is to click "Start" | "Run" and then browse to the file you want and run it.
You could also try deleting and reinstalling your antivirus which might have something to do with this problem.
