You're best bet is to completely reformat your computer's hard drive. Be warned, doing so will remove EVERYTHING, including all files, and the operating system.
To do so, make sure you have the OS installation disks at hand.
1. Set the Boot Priority to CD-ROM.
-You'll need to tell the computer to boot from your OS installation CD. To do so, start the computer up, and open up the BIOS settings. (It's usually done by hitting DEL or F12 when the computer turns on, but the key varies from computer to computer.
-Once you're in the BIOS settings, look for Boot priority. Set the CD-ROM to the first boot priority.
2. Use the OS installation CD to format the computer.
-Save the BIOS settings, insert the OS installation CD, and turn off the computer.
-Turn the computer back on, and it should boot from the CD.
Reinstall windows using the disc that came with it. Make sure and back up your files to dvd's or an external hard drive before you do because reinstalling windows erases all of that.
If you don't know what to do, just pay someone who is a comp tech and have them do it. If you haven't backed up your files i recommend u do it urslef because im sure they won't.
