I want to put up some music on myspace but the file size is too big, how do i compress down? what kind of software? i have already converted it to mp3 but its still too big.

ok i used that program but when i want to export it as a mp3 it says that i need some lame program, so i downloaded it and who knows what you do with it since its full of random folders. tryied it again and again and still nothing works. I just need something to compress a music file to put onto myspace music.
