How do I cook a large frozen squid?
I bought a large frozen squid (whole but cleaned, about 2 ft long from fins to arm tips) but the instructions are in Chinese. What's the best way to cook it? I'm afraid of under- or over-doing it!

Why not save it then after a while you will find something you like! You dont wanna buy something just because you have the money, you have to want it. Wait till that special something comes along!
Check with a Spanish or French cookbook, but boiling is best, I am unsure what to add for spice flavorings. After it is cooked , let it cool thoroughly.before cutting into pieces.
You either want to cook it quickly or for a long time. I would cut it into strips and pound them out and fry it very quickly, put it with a tomato sauce and toss with pasta.
