and put in your information and it'll give you exact numbers as far as suggested daily calorie intake, etc.
I would say definitely start with a good breakfast. Eat a healthy salad or sandwich for dinner and a reasonable dinner with plenty of protein and vegetables but not too many carbs. Also, if you're in college don't drink too much beer! I did and it will definitely show up in your stomach after drinking too much.
