110 lbs at 13 is not that off from normal. How tall are you? If you are over 5 feet tall, 110 lbs is perfectly fine and you should not be too conccerned. In order to stay at a healthy weight though, make sure you get protein from either lean meat such as chicken, or from things such as almonds, nuts, etc. Also, drink plenty of water! Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day. THe more you drink water, the more toxins you release from your body, not only helping you to lose weight, but also keeping your skin healthy and clear! (BONUS!) :) Also, fruits and veggies are super important. Try fitting at least one fruit and veggie into each meal of they day.
Also, eating 5 small meals helps control weight better than three large meals. Try a small breakfast, a snack, a small lunch, a snack, and a small dinner.... and DONT SKIP BREAKFAST. Skippign breakfast or eating less puts your body into starvation mode. It may seem like it helps you lose weight quickly, but once you go back to eating normal amounts of food your body will think "yay! finally enough food! I better store this in case i starve again!" and it will store more fat on your body.
