I've lost 15 pounds, and Im proud of my weight.
I sit at 145 pounds as of now.
I'm just wondering, how do I lose my lower ab fat?
As others would say, "Muffin Top" ?!?!?!?
Yeeeah... thats all I want to get rid of.

You CAN'T spot reduce fat (loose fat from just one particular area) you have to lower your calories and you will start to loose fat, your body chooses where it wants to put fat and you just have to be patient.
Cardio workouts are your best friend when it comes to "stomach fat". They're is plenty of videos on you tube that will teach you different workouts that target the stomach area....hope this helps.... I use this video in the link just started today and it really works your stomach a lot!...you will be sweating balls for like an hour.

You can't target specific weight loss. You have to burn calories to burn fat. Do any kind of exercise and you will lose weight. You are what you eat so if you eat crap your going to look like crap. Just eat healthy and workout regularly.
