Purchased Word 2007 online to receive the key code to install the program. All had been fine until a couple of weeks ago. While it still shows I have the installed files for the program, when I click the icon all it does is take me to show the installed files. Do not have Word screen. umm. well im pretty sure theres a way to find your product key in your registry but you can just call microsoft and tell them its not working and they should give you a new one for this reason, if they give you trouble about it you might have to buy a new cdkey which i THINK is somewhere around $20
