I rent out the rooms in my house to people, we have a 70GB peak download quota limit.
But it keeps running out.
I want to track who is using up all the download GBs.
What's the best solution? is there a program I can download?
All of them have laptops.

Well there's 2 options:
Networx:

It's a bandwidth monitoring software. Install it on all of the computers you want to track, set a download quota, then set a Password inside the settings section of the program so they can't delete the usage logs.
Then in the advanced tab, choose "synchronize usage data with other Networx instances on the network"
This will mean that everyone will see how much is being used up.
The other option is to install DD-WRT or similar third party onto your router (if you have one)
