How do I transfer law schools?

I am a 1L at a top 100 law school, but I would really like to go to a T14 school except for Georgetown or Northwestern because I heard I need to go to a good law school to get a good job. My goal is to get biglaw and hopefully live the famous "models and bottles" lifestyle they show in movies with all the famous corporate lawyers in fancy suits.

I was told, however, that my school might not be good enough to get me to a big firm like that, so I need to leave this school ASAP! Plus, I don't like it here that much. The law students are super competitive and even mean-spirited sometimes. They seem a little cutthroat to be honest. For example, this one girl in my class was sending notes to her "friend" who missed the lecture that day, but before she sent the email, she deleted entire paragraphs from her class outline! She was sitting in front of me, so I asked her why should would do such a thing. The girl told me, "She wasn't here, so she can't expect to get ALL the notes." These are the kinds of people I have to deal with on a daily basis.

Also, the professors put us on the spot a lot and call on us randomly. I messed up a question when called on during the first week of school, and my professor made me feel really stupid. I was so embarrassed and almost cried in class. Anyway, those are just a few of the reasons I don't like my school so much and need to leave for greener pastures, if you know what I mean. A better school lol.

Everyone here also studies a lot. It's like they forgot how to have fun and be chill, sociable people. I mean, don't get me wrong, I study sometimes too, but given this profession is all about interacting with clients and who you know, I think it's also important to network and get to know people. Not just stay in the library all the time and make good grades.

Sorry for the rant btw. I really want to know what my chances are of getting into a great law school like Penn State Law or Columbia Law or even NYU Law! Please help.

Update:

I don't get why a models and bottles lifestyle is sleazy btw. It's what I see on tv all the time, and it looks like a blast. Also, I don't think people will respect me if I'm a broke attorney doing personal injury work lol.
