So yesterday I bought 5 weed pipes and I want to clean them. I heard you can use rubbing alcohol or this car stuff but I don't have any of that and probably can't get it. How do I clean them and what can I use? 3 of them are small, 1 is big and the other big one is weird, it can stand up and is all curvy. It's kind of in the shape of an upside down "U" and the mouth piece thing is kinda like a snake head with no eyes. It's weird, I don't really know how to explain it. I did hear the guy say you put water in it somewhere or something. Would that one have to be cleaned differently? (And please none of that "DRUGS ARE BAD YOU'RE GOING TO HELL" ****. I just want to know how to clean these pipes. Thanks.

They actually are really hard to clean. The problem is that marijuana resin is a nonpolar organic substance. Water is a polar substance. (These are chemistry terms.) What it means is that water (polar) will *not* dissolve the resin (nonpolar). So that's out.
Rubbing alcohol is also polar, but given time and effort, there will be some effect if you somehow get it onto a swab or a regular tobacco pipe cleaning 'pig' (or more like 100 swabs) and spend *hours* working those swabs through the reachable parts of the pipe. (It's really messy. You get all that resinous smelly goo on your hands most times. And same as above, it's hard to wash off because it is nonpolar. Regular soap and water won't get it off your hands.)
The pipe that is 'all curvy' is most likely going to be impossible to clean.
I'm surprised that you can buy 5 weed pipes ... but you are somehow unable to buy common items like rubbing alcohol or 'this car stuff'?
Rubbing alcohol isn't the same as drinking alcohol. Anyone can buy rubbing alcohol.
