How do you completely delete a Deviantart account?
I'm trying to delete my old deviantart and create a new one, but for some reason even though I deactivated the account I still can't create a new account with that email! Do I just have to create a different email, or is there a way to completely delete my old account?

When I have done this on other websites, I have not been able to reuse the username. If you do not have another email, they are easy to get at AOL, Hotmail/Live, Yahoo, Google, etc.
