I'm a 15 year old girl. I have an this business-y thing event on Saturday this week and I have no idea what to wear.
The articles of clothing closest to casual/professional, that I own are:
- Black jeggings
- Light brown, thin, long sleeved cardigan
- White, long-sleeved dress shirt
- Almost any color and size belt you could name
- Black slightly-transparent chiffon collar button-up no-sleeve top
- Blue cardigan
- Light blue, long-sleeved, button-up dress shirt
- Black leather jacket
- A variety of different colour plain tank tops
For shoes, the only thing I have are a pair of black flats. Which is what I'm going to wear for shoes.
Also, sadly, I don't have blazers.
One thing to keep in mind of is that my city is rainy and cold all the time. So I MUST wear something that has sleeves, or at least a cardigan over whatever I'm wearing, and definitely a jacket.

Wear the button up dress shirt with a cardigan over it. A thick belt over both will look nice. For pants, black dress pants are always good, you may want to invest in a pair
No longer definite concerning the ballet flats, but the leisure appears satisfactory. You just dont need to show up in denims and t shirt, stuff like that. That you can believe of legitimate as suit, and trade informal as polo shirt and khakis. So anything in between is ok
