Neutral. Anyhow, even if he runs in the primaries, Rubio most likely won't win the Republican nomination because by 2016, he would've only had six years experience as a federal legislator. Also, many in the Tea Party don't favor his position on immigration. So, a "President Rubio" will most likely never come to pass.
Where? Not in the USA, the next Republican President has not been born yet. 18 states have voted Democratic for the last 6 elections, giving them 247 elctoral votes. New Hampshire has changed, bring this total to 257 and with Virginia possibly changing over, that puts them at 270. The Reds would have to run the entire 9 swing states to have a chance and that is not going to happen.....OH! Wait a second, you only need 270. The DP is alread there....never mind!
Rubio has the same problem Obama did. No experience running anything.
Ideally, I'd like to see someone who was a governor for a while and someone with some years in Congress, so they have both executive and legislative experience.
He is on a much better planet now that's why his criticism towards Cuba makes him sound like a traitor. I wouldn't trust any Cuban right now. And that includes Rubio and Cruz.
Let's say I like the sound of "President Rubio" much better than the sound of "President Warren" or "President Hillary Clinton". It doesn't sound as good as "President Kasich" or "President Portman" or "President Ryan". Jury's still out on if it sounds as good as "President Jeb Bush" though.

I say not a chance in hell. That man comes from a Cuban ancestry and yet he uses the embargo lift to attack President Obama. He's a complete loser.
Delighted and relieved. Finally, sanity! After the long years of decline a bright future ahead once more
