I'm trying to get down in my cup size, I'm already a 32, 34 around so I'm thin there, and my measurements are tiny, so it hurts my back having to carry so much weight there. I've managed to lose one cup size already, but have hit a plateau. Without surgery, how can I do this and if the only way is losing weight, whats target things I can do to loose on that region (or will working on it just make them larger re: muscles), or to get over that "plateau". Please no inappropriate comments.

If you've made them as small as you can naturally, maybe the answer is to try strengthening your back muscles now.
If you google searched it, I'm sure there'd be a lot of back strengthening excercises you can do at home to help you support them.
