Start cadio and lots of it. Weight lift after they deflated a bit. Fat doesnt just turn into muscle. You got to lose it first. If you bench press you will just make it bigger. Burn it off first.
I'm assuming your man boobs are a result of fat, and not some hormonal isssue. That said, you've got to reduce the overall fat on your entire body. However, you can do a lot to improve the shape of your chest with push ups and/or bench presses.
do butterfly presses to work your pecs and push up s to help tone the shoulder/arm areas for your stomach do crunches/curls and chin ups for your stomach -hold the hanging position and stretch legs up to work all your abdomine, back, legs, and another thing is to lift smaller weights while curling it next to your body to focus on your pecs...good luck and drink lots of H2o!!!

drink lotsa water, hit the weights,put DOWN the XBOX controller! sit ups. I'd also adjust my diet were I you.fire up your metabolism
