Seriously though, you need some program that reads that type of file. I have a customer that has a pfaff and all the software and they also have a brother machine. They would download stuff from like ann the gran and if they double clicked on it, it would not open. But if they opened up their pfaff program (one worked, one didn't) and then went to file / open, they could open it. Then they could go to file / save as and save it as the type their machine needed. Just try that with ever embroidery program you have and if you can't open it with any of them, then just try to download file types you can open or you may need some more software or hardware (like the mini amazing box).
