My baby is 18 months now and I am finally comfortably fitting back into all my pre-pregnancy clothes (some jeans are even looser now than they were before! I workout 4-5 days a week with a mixture of high intensity cardio and weight training and I have a tone body everywhere except my belly. I am 5'1 and weigh 120lbs. I can feel my ab muscles beneath my extra skin that hangs on my stomach but i can't seem to get it tight enough to see definition and it hangs slighty saggy. Any tips on how to get rid of this loose skin without surgery? I am 21 & in no way have the money to try surgical procedures nor do I want to because I plan on having more kids in the future and it seems it'd be a waste. PLEASE HELP!!

Hey there, dealing with a similar problem after having a 10lbs ovvarian cyst removed a year ago. I actually lost a ton of weight during the procedure, but since most of it was located around my abdomen, it made my skin all saggy and gross. I've found that keeping it well moisturised, drinking lots of water and avoiding putting the weight back on at all costs (this just stretches it out more, and decreases elasticity), along with exercising to keep the muscles rigid,is the way to go. The results are slow (sometimes agonizingly so), but they do come. As far as more expensive treatments go, you could try algae wraps. In spas, they use them for cellulite, but you can actually purchase the goo for a fraction of the price and do it at home. I haven't used them, but my mom, who has had 4 natural births and is 5'2" (and weighed a little over 100 lbs during her first three pregnancies), but dealt with a lot of flabby skin after her pregnancy had some pretty good results. She used it all over her body, and with lots of exercise, fresh air and healthy food, looks pretty darn good in a bikini for 44 after four children (The last one was born when she was 38, I am 18).
Use of elastic belly belt will help you. Also massage gently with oil on your belly everyday.
