As Danielle (: said, you can transfer from one to the other using removable media like CD, DVD, USB flash, etc. If both systems are on the same network, you can also enable folder sharing to allow drag and drop transfers or FTP copies from one to the other.
well if you are using Win XP there is this thing called Files and Settings Transfer Wizard just go to Start,All Programs,Accessories,System Tools and click Files and Settings Transfer Wizard and follow that wizard and it should work

Umm, those mini USB storage things. CDs? Floppy Disks? You could always email them to yourself and download them later on the computer?
