You start at the bottom (root Chakra)(near the base of the spine) and imagine a spinning red vortex----watch it spin in your mind's eye--faster and faster, and then let in go on it's own and move up to the NEXT chakra (near the sex organs) and imagine an ORANGE vortex in the same way. Next go up to the Belly button(solar plexus) and imagine a yellow vortex, spin it and move upto the mid chest (heart) and spin a GREEN vortex. Move to the throat (thyroid) and spin a BLUE vortex, move to the forehead (between the eyes and spin an INDIGO vortex---and finally move to the top of the head (pineal) and Spin a purple vortex.
Next step. Spin all of them at the same time --faster and faster and then "release"
This is an Exercise that you need to do as often as you have time for it ---and this will open and keep the Chakras open. There are SEVEN of these main chakras ans several minor ones (like on the hands and feet)(white)--Just the seven are needed in the exercise.
Do not confuse the Chakras with the Energy or Prana points (as the two on the back)--as this is a different system .
