The capacity of a typical car battery is 35 - 200 Ampere Hours.
Compare this to the typical capacity of a laptop battery, which is around about 5Ah, substantially less than the car battery. You shouldn't have to worry about how long you should run your car for, as long as you run it for a short amount of time fairly regularly. The laptop will be fully charged long before it can fully discharge the car battery.
In short, as long as you run your car regularly (Lets say you use your car once a week), you don't have to worry about it!

Totally depends upon how much you are using your computer and for what purpose and the age of your computer.
1. If you are doing something that needs the computer to process to much stuff then battery would get consumed a lot.
2. If your battery is new you wont need much time else comparatively you'd need more time as the battery performance goes down as it gets older.
