Not a daily driver, but as a weekend car you cannot go wrong with this car especially considering the price. Mileage is good for a weekend car, but again not for a daily driver.

if you are constantly racing your engine(over rev) then you expect your engine to wear prematurely, heavy loads stresses the engine, also engine life is also affected by maintenance(change oil, tuneup, coolant, belts,oil/air/fuel filter, idling speed, others) and how accurately and cleanly they are performed,
warming up your engine properly has also an impact

Datsuns were great cars, but no 30-year old turbo car is going to be a good bet for a daily driver, it's going to need TLC, and lots of it.
