It's hard to tell as I also take Trazidone which makes me sleepy. I have never slept more than a few hours a night until on these two medications, now I sleep until my alarm wakes me, seven to eight hours later.

I take 475 mg per night and they knock me out. 50 isn't a high dose but if Geodon made you sleep than Seroquel will probably be stronger. I would give it one try, see how long you sleep and how you feel in the morning. If you're really groggy and sleep excessively, I would call your doctor and tell him it's too strong for you. If the Geodon worked, maybe you could go back to that at a lower dose. Good luck and God bless.

Never once made me sleepy and it winds me up... I take it for major schizophrenia and clinical depression (schizoaffective)

It doesn't help at all.
