How to be less paranoid?
Hi im going gonna be home schooled very soon and i am a person that gets paranoid VERY easily and it usually happens when im home alone. Can anyone give me some tips on howi could possibly keep calm and or calm down? Anything Will help thank you/

Ughhh idk maybe watch TV while you work or call someone you know often when your by yourself
i am homeschooled and you will like it so much that is if you are doing computer but doing books are fun to . i am home by myself to sometimes if you get paranoid put the t.v on well you work or music pepper mints always help or minty gum will calm you down think of happy thoughts or have that special thing that you had from your child hood with you try these and see if they help if you are allowed to drink coffee drink some coffee with some creamer or how you like it hope this helps if not you will find somehting to calm you down
