Have you ever considered circumcision? My uncle had to have it done because his diabetes was not under control and wound up with some nasty infections. I have asked my endocrinologist the same question and said that it would be much better and a lot more cleaner.

First, make sure that you wash that thing WHENEVER you take a shower or bath. Use a wet cloth to wash it at other times.

Fungus there is almost ALWAYS caused by poor hygene. Diabetes makes it worse, but being unlcean causes it.

Second -- GET YOUR BLOOD SUGAR UNDER CONTROL. With bad blood sugars, it might never heal. In fact, it could get so bad that it will have to be vut off, or it might fall off by itself.

Keep yourself clean, and keep your blood sugars normal.

I think the best thing to do, is apply a triple antibiotic cream. Like neo-sporin. Its what I use, it controls the fungus, but you need to wash a lot. Also you can look into altering your diet.

Just skin "er back and wash.I have an acid base cream that controls the fungus.

you can use rubbing alcohol.
