There is no way to compress a 1.3 gb video down to only 25 mb. That is less than 1/5 the original size. Most video formats are already compressed so there is usually little you can do to further compress them. If you can, it is usually only by a 5-10%. I am not aware of any way to compress the files of 80%.

Other then lower the resolution and shrinking the screen size (a whole lot). you are not going to get that kind of a reduction in size.

There is another solution. Sign up for an online storage account such as at live.skydrive.com. There you get 50 gb of free space where you can put any kind of files including videos. You can also create password protected folders so that only a person with the password can get to the files in it.

You copy the video up to a folder, and then you email your friend with the password. They can go to the site and use the password to download the file. No need to shrink the file down to 25 mb.

You can not go from 1.3 GB to 25MB.

You can use Any Video Converter (thats the name if the converter), to convert it to MKV for example. Then it will be like 700 MB.

You can send it via SKYPE no matter how large it is.
