Can you do so when everything happens with the will of allah and that allah has preordained everything right when you were in your mother's womb?

Quran 6:59

With Him are the keys of the unseen, the treasures that none knoweth but He. He knoweth whatever there is on the earth and in the sea. Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge: there is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth, nor anything fresh or dry (green or withered), but is (inscribed) in a record clear (to those who can read).

Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz).

And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer).

Also refer al Qur'an - Surat at-Tauba 9:51, Surat al Hadd, 57:22, Sahih Bukhari - Prophets, Volume 4. Book 55. Number 550 and Hadith - Al-Muwatta 46.4 .

Now, according to all these, Allah preordains every little thing that any of us does right at the time when we are in the womb of our mothers.

Brother, God, Allah is the judge and he's the only judge who understands what we declare, and what our chests hide.

There are several methods to strengthen your will, and restrain your desires;

A. Prayers,

B. Fasting (and that's very important)--It first strengthens your will...if you're able to handle hunger and thirst, you can handle more...Besides, fasting automatically makes you closer to God, and thus, better able to control your desires.

C. Start training your soul...whatever your body wants you to do, reject it and prove the mastership of your mind over your body, and do the exact opposit.

D. Train your soul...start and view people as human beings; as intellect etc. Think about it, for example: would you want others to view your mom as a human being who can benefit society, or would you want them to view her as a physical beauty/as a sex-object? Also read...Read the Holy Quran, read fiction and nonfiction books...go to the city park and run etc. Get yourself busy. Start training your soul on these teachings, and it will take time, but eventually, and if you follow these procedures/steps, you'll get better...And may God be with you, for it's a challenging time we're living in...

brother u just try to be puntual in 5 times prayer,read holy books whenever u have free time,coz stupid thinks will occur in empty mind,make yourself busy.nonetheless if u feel the same then do fasting for few days.
