My mother in law purchased me a 3.22 Ib Pork Loin (with applewood smoked bacon & seasoning). It looks delicious but unfortunately, I have never cooked one before. What is the easiest, best way to make this? What temperature should I cook it at and for how long? I do not need to add any seasoning. Any suggestions?

i have baked them in a pan, with a little apple juice, in the oven on 325, covered with foil until the juices run clear, you know it's done, and since it's cooked low, it will be very tender...it takes a little while, though.
