ISO files are a kind of compressed files. You cannot copy anything into it like a regular folder, directly. To do so, you'll have to extract the ISO using a software such as WinRAR or WinZip (link in resources). You can also extract it using cd burning softwares like CDBurnerXP or MagicISO (link in resources). After extraction, copy the files (in you case, the crack) into the folder. Then you'll have to rebuild the ISO file. Again, it can be done using a cd making software.
the .iso file is a read-only (!) cd-rom image file. You cannot copy anything into it. You might want to read that pirated game's readme file again, I'm sure you missed something along the way. Hint: installation folder is not the installation media folder...

Delete stuff from your pc, or install to a different folder ie C:Users/documents
The crack should only be small (3mb - 20mb) so i cant see how this has happened unless your pc is full
