I have asian straight lashes, as well. First off, you should always wear waterproof. I have the lash blast in waterproof and it always holds my curl for hours and hours. I know this shouldn't be the advice to give you, but I personally curl my lashes before and after my mascara application.

(note: curling it afterwards is supposed to be bad for your lashes, but it works for me)

I'm asian too, and curling eyelashes is the same thing for everything else. The thing is your mascara. You need a mascara that can hold a curl, and it should be water-proof Also NEVER curl your lashes after you put on mascara it will damage your eyelashes, and they will eventually fall off.

i'm asian too and my eyelashes are long, but straight. it sucks. what i do it curl my lashes and hold it hard for about 5 seconds. it usually has a crease but when i put on mascara it goes away. after the mascara dries i curl my lashes again, but not as hard and not as long. then my curled eyelashes stay put all day.

i in my opinion get my eyelashes permed with a clamp that seems very corresponding to an eyelash curler. i'm not Asian, yet one among my Asian girlfriends many times gets hers carried out too and he or she says that she is extremely happy with the perming consequence! the fee is incredibly low fee too!
