I would wear them with some ugg/fugg(fake uggs) type boots and a cute slouchy sweater. Then maybe a scary or beanie to add to it. The sweater would be absolutely warm and cozy to wear.

If you dont have boots, dont wear tennis shoes, that would make it look non-fashionable.

Maybe wear you most comfrotable shoes that are cute at the same time, so for me id wear my old vans.

Ain't gonna happen. You can't dress that up. Sweatpants are made for sweating and you can't make sweating fashionable in any way.

Dress them with Uggs and then wear like a bright pink v-neck from PINK.
