How to feel confident?
I'm not confident .. not satisfied with whatever i do ... i always care for everybody but i don't care about myslef
every plan i make is always messed up .
can't control myself and my deeds that many people may get upset from something i didn't mean to do
any help plz!!

I was once told by a very attractive woman, as a teenager, that if I pretended not to be concerned w what any man thought or did, eventually I really wouldnt care. And once I really didnt care, there was no way of warding them off, they all wanted to prove they were worth a minute of my time. this is the practice of confidence.
