My front porch is screened in with an untreated plywood floor. The floor has some low spots that water pools in. Is there an easy way to fill in the low spots and level them out so the water just runs off the porch?

You'll have to remove the plywood and get to the cement, then the easiest way is the get a straight 2 x 4 larger then your low spots, and place it across the spots so you can see them, then fill them up, let dry, and replace plywood. Make sure to use a bubble level on the 2 x 4 to make sure it's angled in the direction you want the water to drain.
