HELP! Ok I feel SO ashamed of myself! I used to have a magnificent body without an ounce of excess fat anywhere! but over last summer i got super lazy and that laziness stuck with me. I have now gained what does not look like much but it does to me!!! I am usually 95-98 lbs and right now im at 108! i feel so fat and gross but am not sure how to get rid of it!
I cant join a gym but i exercise alot already! i go on usually 3 long walks a day (2 of the walks are a little over a mile each then the third varies), and also do much running and jogging during one of the walks. i also eat very good. i have also tried ab exercises but it seems more like ive built up muscle underneath all the excess fat so now my stomach looks even bigger T_T. I was thinking of buying a used treadmill on craigslist or something but thatll be a while so how can i lose at least 10 lbs in a reasonable amount of time???

If you have two weeks then you can do it. Firstly, add 2 tablespoons of Olive oil to one of your daily meals. Don't skip breakfast, have an apple one hour before lunch, and and banana one hour before dinner. Make dinner a 1/2 plate of vegetables, 1 piece of protein, and 1/2 cup starch. Drink water with your meals, and you will be on your way to a 10 pound weight loss.
