Ok. so i started off by being like 136 pounds and over the year i lost 23 pounds. I am 5'2 or 5'3 and i weight between 113-115. I want to go down to 105 because i think that is where i will be the most confident. It used to be "easy" to lose weight. i mean not easy but, you know, since school started like 2 or 3 months ago i havent been able to lose weight at all. please help me? And please dont tell me i need to eat 6 small meals a day, i know thats better. but i litterally cant do that at this moment because i have school and all. thanks!

I think I see where you are going with this. Currently your BMI (Body mass index) is 20.4 which falls in the normal weight range. When you get down to 105 pounds your BMI will be at 18.6 which is at the very low end of a normal weight. If you weighed 104 pounds you would be considered "underweight". To answer your question (even though I don't think its a good idea) eat healthier foods such as fruits and vegetables. Also you can join you local gym and get a personal trainer which could help you out with the exercise part of loosing weight.
you could try eating fresh veggies and fruits. eat lean meats like chicken breast and turkey. start running and doing leg lifts and situps.
burn more calories than you eat. I also want to loose weight.
