I'M about 5'3-5'4 and I'm 152 pounds. In all honesty, I don't look like it. Last summer I was 140ish and I really want to be there again. I use to drink pop everyday, all day. Seriously like 8 cans a day. I'm now on coke zero and I know it'll help. What can I do? I can't eat 5 meals, mainly because I live with my mom and I eat when she cooks. So I eat like twice a day. I snack a lot.
I can't run long distances bc I have torn my acl and my knee hurts after awhile. What can I do? Please any tips will seriously help. :)
Update:And to anyone who thinks I'm "fat" I wear a size 7-8 in jeans, (use to be a 5, which is what i want to be back into) a small in bottoms and wear a D bra. 150 looks different on everyone. ;)

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
That's fine! Never faster jammed however it appears a laugh... Just keep in mind, if u do not lose as so much in weeks to come back do not quit. It takes time to look outcome however set a date like four wks from now and take a percent now and one then and evaluate... you can be amazed!
For losing weight you should try to play football. it is the best way to lose weight. if you cant do that. Do some regular exercises. do jogging in early morning, cycling or swimming in the evening, eat more vegetables in dinner and lunch, like make salad for your self 4 to 5 vegies in each salad. take fruits in break fast, Add green tea in your diet after dinner. and lemon juice in your breakfast. and also do one more exercise that is do workout on on stairs at your home go up and down. it is very effective.
