Ok so i need some suggestions in how to lose just 10 lbs...
What kind of diet do i need to have in order to achieve this?
I do go to the gym but lately its been rare, i only went once last week. Since school and work get in the way. But im finishing summer classes this week so i have 2 weeks before the fall semester starts to lose some weight.
My current weight is around 205Ibs and if i want get serious about this i wajt to go back weighing 160 back when i was 18 (im 21 now).
What types of workouts should i be doing and how long?
What kind of diet should i be consuming?
What to avoid?

I've just finished losing 45 pounds in eight months. I'm 49 and now weigh what I did when I finished high school as a competitive athlete.
80% of weight loss is from diet, while 20% is from exercise. So, focus on diet. I've been eating what's called a Frugivore diet, which is much more similar to the popular Paleo diet than people realize, since it allows for 5% of what you eat to be from animal sources. Note that both of these seemingly dissimilar diets forbid wheat and dairy, encourage raw food, discourage beverages other than water and discourage all processed food and anything that isn't organic.
Things to Eat & Drink:
• Foods in their natural form, raw whenever possible. Fruits, greens, vegetables, nuts and seeds, as well as meat (meaning shop in the butcher department, not fast food meat). Eat mostly raw, organic, colorful plant food.
• Organic foods whenever possible.
• Drink mostly water.
• 60-70% raw fruit.
• 15-20% greens and vegetables
• 5-10% nuts and seeds
• 5% meat (fish, beef, pork, turkey) and eggs
Things to Avoid:
• All grains, especially wheat and anything made with wheat or contain wheat as an ingredient.
• All dairy. Dairy is for baby cows, not for adult humans, no matter how much you love cheese!
• All processed and fast foods, including anything that comes in cans and boxes, such as microwavable foods, frozen meals, etc.
• All soft drinks and most all other pre-made drinks and juices, energy drinks, gatorade, etc. Focus on water.
• Avoid too much meat and animal products. Have them at most once per day and try to have a couple days each week where you eat only plant food.
Though you want to lose weight fast, please be patient with yourself. Adopt these new eating habits at an easy pace because this is the way you want to eat for the rest of your life. You will never have a weight problem if you can work this out and stay with it.
