Hi! Losing weight is easy as long as you set your mind to it. I am a senior in high school and i look decent, but my sophomore year I took a PE class required for graduation. Going in to the class, I was starting to get overweight. During this class I pushed myself to actually do the activities, and it paid off. Along with eating the right foods and keeping up exercise (my own routine) when the class was over, I managed to lose about 25-30 lbs. I recommend running 2-3 times a week for about 20 min., doing ab work 1 day a week for 30-45 min, and pick something fun and random the other days. This was not my routine, but it may work for you. I had to improvise and do the same thing every day because of my joints. You can really eat anything you want as long as portion control is considered. It depends on how much weight needs to be lost to determine how long it will take. It took me about a year, but I was just over average weight. A note of advice, eat more fruit and veggies (and if there's a hot guy you like, that works too. It will make you more conscious of what you are eating. Worked for me. I tended to eat less when I knew I would be able to see him.).
A really neat way to lose weight is now with the raw foods diet. You should check out this guy on youtube that did it. He recorded everyday and in the end lost 22 pounds in 20 days! He talks about what foods and excercises there. Check him out! His channel name is shayloss. Here's a link. www.youtube.com/shayloss
Good luck! Remember this guy is pretty big, so when he started losing weight alot of it was just water it may take longer for you depending on how much you weigh now.
I accept as true with eliminating milk and glutten, however as a brand new mother you are already top notch pressured out. I could propose resting approximately every week or so. When your frame is top notch pressured, it releases cortisol, that is a pressure hormone. Makes wasting weight subsequent to inconceivable. Ease up, de-pressure, then come again every week later hitting it tough. I propose severe body weight circuits the very first thing within the morning or sprints. What you are just about seeking to do is expand your metabolic fee, and unencumber development hormone that is the first-class technique to lose cussed fats.
