Hello. I am 14, soon to be 15, and I weigh around 130 pounds. I want to lose at least 15 pounds to get rid of the fat in my stomach and my thighs. What is a great way for me to lose weight quickly? Please help me. I don't want any websites or to buy any movies/books about weight loss. And please make the plan simple yet effective. If it helps, I have a stationary bike at my house.

Yeesh... It sounds like you know the problems and know of the solution but you need to "Man up" as they say, pardon the expression, but in this case it's true. You may come from parents who are overweight, or you may just be unlucky, not sure. You didn't include your height which is important cause if you are 5' 10" or above, then 130 is fine. If you are 5' 2" or somewhere there abouts then yes you could shed a few pounds.
Bottom line regardless of your metabolism or genes or whatnot. Eat a little less each meal and do something to burn more calories during the day, and that doesn't just include doing some additional cardio which you should do, but rather make it a "Life" activity to do things the hard way. Instead of reaching for the remote, get off your but and change the channel, anything that raises your heart rate and causes you to burn more calories will help.
And lastly don't eat before going to sleep, that's the biggest mistake...
