Water is key...You probably want to lose the 2 or 3 pounds which is pretty much water weight. So consume at least 6 glasses of water and cardio in the morning will help a lot as well.
If you want to loose them a.s.a.p. buy some fat burners. I like Xenadrine. They don't harm you as long as you don't overeat them, reduce your appetite and increase the amount of energy you have.
Stop eating chocolote, cookies and all the sugar. Stick to greens, vegetables and fruits.
do cardio workout! jump rope, run, biking anything that'll make you SWEAT! and you also have to eat healthy too. eat fruits and veggies! and eat lots of fiber too! oh yeah drink plenty of water!
i would dress up in a lot of heavy heavy clothes and then go running, you will be surprised, thats how my brother always dropped weight when he was wrestling.

Do a lot of exercise, and DONT eat supper. You will be surprised. But like the other answerer said, a few pounds isnt going to equal a few inches.
