I have just lost 16Ibs in 30 days, by doing ECA Stacks (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin), i would seriously research Ephedrine on google before you consider taking it as there are some health risks, also the Ephedrine at high doses like what i have been taking, suppresses apatite severely so your body will go into survival mode and if give up and start eating in the middle of the course you will put more weight on! you have to gradually come off the ephedrine and slowly over a week or so increase your calorie intake.
fitness is essenital to losing weight although a diet high in fiber and low in sat fat is helpful you also need cardio i lost 100 pounds in 6 months by running between 3 and 5 miles a day i started walking now i can run all of this it can happen quickly however you need cardio when i did it in january i still ate out how ever i ate a real burger instead of mcdonalds justrun run run
exercise 4-5 times a week for an hour and a half each day and eat small portions of food, avoid all fatty foods, fried foods, candies, carbonated drinks (sodas, beer etc), drink lots of water..theres many healthy recepies online.just google it.

eat healthy food like veggies and lean meat also exercise every day!
I follow the 3500cals per a pound lost rule.
