I lost around 55 pounds and got down to around 180 and then I wanted to lose another 10 do I did by low calorie meals and that caused me to binge eat and I gained 20 pounds how do I lose back that 20 in a very easy way?

okay billy, so heres something....
eat 3 medium meals a day, the 6 meal thing is craap, trust me.
then, make sure you do sports and train, and go for long jogs and sprint alot!
now, working out fast means building muscle,
and workout in a good pace means toning!
and one last answer (the answer to your question)
first; Drink TONS of water! it flushes out fat, and makes you feel full!
second, go jogging for 1-2 hrs a day.
third; do sit ups, and lunges. As well as, leg lifts and lifting weights 2lbs to 12lbs.
fourth; make a calorie diet between 600Cal's to 1150cal's per day.
and finally, fifth; delete sugars, fats and corn syrup from you new diet for the week.

What I do, is eat 200 calories less than my daily needs everyday, so that at the end of the week I can go out drinking with my friends or binge for one meal without feeling guilty or gaining weight.
