I want to lose 20 pounds in like 2-3 months, but whenever I try to eat healthy, i end up eating to little and i feel too weak to exercise. What foods should i eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, and snacks that are healthy but still yummy. Also what exercise would be good to tone up my legs and butt. thanks haha
