I'm looking for the quickest way to lose 3 pounds! That's all I would like to lose and just around my stomach area! I'm 18, a female, and am very active. I workout everyday. The only problem for me is eating healthy. I try my best but if someone can tell me how long it will take to lose 3 pounds and what I can do then that might motivate me to do it!

3 pounds? Piece of cake, well increase the intensity of your excercise, and well i would suggest diet but try eating low carbs and less calories then your daily intake.
