Okay, I am fifteen years old. I have had trouble with school and other stuff but anyway, I am going to an actual school next year or to be technical, 7 or 8 months from now. I weigh 146 pounds and I am 5'5, maybe 5'6. I want to lose 30 or 40 pounds? Is it possible to lose that much in 7 or 8 months? I want a flat stomach, I want to go down a couple sizes in pants, and is it possible to go down a cup size? Because I really hate having C cups! I could live with B's or A's. I don't really want my dad knowing I'm wanting to lose weight cause he'll either give me a speech about being perfect the way I am or joke about it? I'm doing this for myself and for my self-esteem! Anyway my dad isn't much of a cooker so he usually gets frozen food a lot. Anyway my questions are, what are some healthy frozen foods that I can eat? INDOOR exercises that I could do(I'm not really allowed outside until we move to a better neighborhood)? And how many calories do I have to eat?

First, there are very few "healthy" frozen foods aside from frozen veggies (without sauces and other additives) and frozen fruit (without added sugar).
You should eat clean, whole, fresh foods. Learn to cook your own food. It's the best thing I ever did. Trust me on that.
It's likely if you go down in body weight, you'll lose cup sizes.
I highly recommend using Sparkteens.com. It's free, they'll give you a personalized calorie range, food/fitness tracker, optional meal plans, there's tons of info/articles on healthy eating, fitness, motivation and health, they also have an active community with onsite dietitions and personal trainers. Great site. I use the adult site sparkpeople.com.
I don't know about the frozen food thing but what I've read from a lot of websites is that you must eat 1,000 calories a day to actually loose weight. Avoid soft drinks and bread, mostly. For indoor exercise, if you have a treadmill, start by walking on a speed of 4.5 then gradually increase to 5.0 then 5.5 then 6.0 until you reach 7.0 which i think is a jogging speed. If you don't have a treadmill you could do a mixture of sit-ups,crunches, lunges and push ups. The key is having a healthy diet but making sure you excersie too.
I hope this somewhat helped
Goodluck :)
