I'm 14, and I weight 143. My mom said I'm just thick. I want to lose at least 40 pounds since this year I'm graduating from my school and there is going to be an end of the year pool party. Any advice?

Eat 5 small meals a day, not 3 big ones. Eat fruits and vegetables everyday, red meat 3 times a week, and keep your oils and fats low.
For exercise: at least 30 minutes of moderately intense cardio (jogging, biking, etc.) 5x a week OR 20 minutes of intense cardio (running) 3x a week. AND weight training 8x-10x a week.
