The next school dance is in the middle of February & I want to lose 5-7 pounds by then. So, what can I do to accomplish this? Like how long should I run for, how much calories I should be having a day, etc.

If you don't want to count calories then just eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want. Keep a low sodium intake. Don't eat any fatty, complex or fried foods. By complex I mean more than a few ingredients like: bread, cereals, processed foods ( anything in a package Eat lots of chicken, greek yogurt, fish, low fat cottage cheese, skim milk. If you are hungry eat, just make sure it's something filling and healthy ( fruit, veg, greek yogurt ). I will leave one of the Insanity workouts as the source, it's weird japanese website but it's not going to give you viruses or spam or anything. I'm also leaving you the workout schedule and a link to find the eating plan if you want to look at it, but don't worry about following it perfectly as long as you eat healthy.
