So I go back to school the 4th and I wanted to loose a little bit of weight before... any tips on how to lose a few pounds? I know this sounds shallow, haha, but yeah. Thanks.
Update:BTW just to add this is like home stuff, not any pills or wesites... home things.
i mostly want to lose weight in the legs and stomach.

Eat Healthy and exercise. Your plate should mostly be filled with veggies and then a bit of lean meat. When your hungry for a snack then make sure you have fruits handy. For exercise then run outside if it's not too cold for 15 minutes. I'll be doing the same. >.<

You can drink green tea this helped me to loose some pounds.
Or drink apple cider vinegar with water 30 minutes before your meal.
Try to eat less & workout more.
Try to do some fun exercising that you like & are interested in.
